Its pros: Only sports parameters: Synchronization with strava, customizable training dials to the smallest detail, perfectly show all parameters - pace, average pace, etc. Has cons: For running, there is no way to set the seconds dial to turn on for 20. Only it is always on. And this is somewhat redundant.
