I like that we are able to set up pipeline jobs easily without having to write scripts ourselves.

The UI is very easy to navigate which is great when you have multiple people editing the same file at once! It's not always clear exactly what each step does so it might take some time to understand how to properly configure our CI/CD build environment. We were looking for something where we could setup a basic test job (e.g., linting) and then add more custom steps if needed (e.g., running tests against different environments).
