The ease of use for uploading and integrating with our own API. We have been able to get up and running quickly without having to go through multiple steps. It has made it possible to integrate with our own API in less time than we would have taken otherwise. I don't dislike anything about the platform itself. There are no issues that I can think of that would be a huge problem if they were solved. As far as the support goes, there are many other platforms out there that claim to offer great customer service, but when you actually need it, you're left hanging. They will not call back or respond within 24 hours. You wait days for them to call back. If you want a good product, this isn't it. For the price tag, I expected better customer support. Don't waste your time or money. We've been using CrowdAppStudio for about 2 months now and haven't had any issues. We have been able to take.
