Helps a little. I have normal to dry skin and in the photo I have literally put on primer and some concealer and my skin is so glowing. I don't normally wear foundation because I don't need or need it, but the few times I've used this primer it still worked well under foundation for a more subtle shine and hold. Improving my skincare routine has definitely helped improve the look of my makeup, but this product still does what it says on the tin.
