I originally ordered two 12x16s from this company months back before eventually deciding I wanted something smaller for the space. I had some other 11x14 black frames that would have worked, but I liked these so much that I ordered new ones from AmericanFlat instead. Unfortunately, one in the package of two arrived with a small nick in the side that would've bugged me since I was displaying them side by side and that would have made the blemish more obvious. I contacted the company directly to ask how to best proceed and they sent me a replacement immediately with zero hassle. Somehow, it even arrived less than 24 hours after they told me it would be on the way "asap." This one was perfect, and I'm very pleased. These are good frames for the price range, and they're packaged very well for shipping (the nick in the one couldn't have happened during travel). I'll definitely be buying more in the future.
