This is a very nice pattern but I had problems with almost all the materials. Cons: - The fabric falls like crazy. Little scraps of cotton are left all over the place - The printed pattern smudges if you rub your fingers while working, leaving pink streaks - The fabric isn't very thick making it difficult to insert the needle - The instructions are terrible and it was my biggest one Issue along with the print quality of the reference photo. You cannot read half of the instructions as the text is printed over the design. There is no description for any of the stitches so I had to look up most of them on YouTube. The quality of the reference photo is so bad that all details are completely lost. I only had to guess parts of the design because I couldn't see the reference. The drawing was clearly not made for embroidery. It has details that are obviously embellishments for the pattern and will not work with yarn. The thread that comes with the kit can get tangled very easily. They also come in separate packages so I had to put them on my own paper spools to keep them from getting tangled. Pros: - a wooden hoop - a sufficient amount of each thread - all the necessary materials are included. All in all I wouldn't recommend this design for someone trying to embroider for the first time, but anyone else with a bit of experience should be fine.
