The best part about this software was that it had everything you need to fully prepare for your upcoming deadline - from data collection, documentation & training sessions through implementation/maintenance phases right up until end-of lifecycle phase! As an organization we did not have clear expectations in regards what would be required at each stage but they were incredibly helpful once our requirements became more defined (and I imagine if those are well thought out then perhaps there's less scope).
