great for stress relief
This is the first time I have used these in a Pilates class and this is the second set I have bought for home use. I love rolling them under my feet for a great foot massage. or use them to ride either side of your spine while leaning against a wall. I think this is the best version of this ball for this purpose. They are soft but also rough. A lot of the others I've seen have really hard pimples - these are softer ones. I use mine partially inflated (as they came in the box).
