- Insufficient quality fit of the panels to the base and lid of the grill (I notice a lot of backlash) - High thermal deformation of the panels (they become more or less even when heated to 200+C). On a cold one, there is a gap of ~ 4mm in the center (the panels touch at the corners) - One of the contacts on the bottom panel burnt out a little: apparently due to insufficient clamping force from the side of the spring contact under the shutter, sparking and local overheating of both the spring contact itself and the area on the left fork of the plate occurred. The contact was pressed and the place of "welding" was cleaned, the panel fixing tab was slightly pressed (to reduce the gap between the panel and the base), after that the sound of sparking disappeared, but the sediment remained . - After frying it’s not easy to wash everything: fat flies in all directions in the form of a fine suspension, and after each cooking, it is necessary to clean the grill itself (handle, top, sides), countertops, kitchen floor and everything that stood next to the grill from grease .
