The "arms" are too loose, if they are tight, it is best to adjust them so that the various arms are not sagging from their weight. The assembly wasn't very good either, as each arm had its own wires that had to be connected together at the end, and the wiring was fiber optic. I sent it back after playing around with it for a few hours.
