Given the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this belt. While it's clearly not up to military standards and unfortunately not made in the USA, I'm happy with the quality. The length has become too long, but you can easily remove the belt buckle and cut off the excess length from the nylon. - This allows the crimped metal end to remain intact. I'm hoping to have an opportunity to shorten it even more in the near future - assuming I lose the weight I want. The belt wears as expected and is quite durable. Although I wouldn't necessarily use it for CCW gear or gear like that,
