The support is very good. They are always willing to help you with any issue you have. I don't like that it's not easy to track where you send something. It would be nice if there was some way to see where you sent things. Also sometimes, if you send something out too fast, you may get an error message saying that your email address is already in use. This has happened to me before. If you're looking for a system that will allow you to send out large quantities of emails at once, this is the program for you! Sending out mass amounts of emails is much easier than doing it manually.
