Honorable Seller, Sizes Run Small

My shorts got shipped and lost in shipping. I contacted the seller they reshipped replacement shorts and refunded shipping. The 2nd shipment delivered.They dont fit I ordered xl for 32" waist as size chart say but they are more like 30. Will only go over hips if fully unzipped on both sides and not pull all way up. Order 1 or 2 sizes larger.Im going to give these to a friend they will fit and just reorder.
