It looks really good for the money! Holds my iPad so tight it's hard to remove. So if you plan on taking it off frequently, I'd recommend finding something else. It looks and feels like a standard portfolio, only when you open it you see it's an iPad. Feels durable and not cheap. The case has a built-in kickstand, which is handy. I have used this feature many times and the holder does not slip. The wrist strap is good, but the position of your wrist doesn't make it very practical. I could just stick my fingers in so I don't drop the iPad. I found the pen holder to be an additional useful feature. When you close the case, the iPad's magnetic mount is unstable and the stylus may bounce. The pen loop holds the pen securely so it cannot be lost. Another feature is a large strap that keeps the case closed, which is a must, otherwise it will open again when you move. You can set the iPad to rotate. Turns on and off when opening and closing the lid. Magnets are built into the lid. There's an external paper holder, but you can't get much into that slot, and it can get in the way of holding the iPad. Keep in mind that this will add weight to your iPad, so it may end up being heavier than you would like. I think the extra protection is worth the extra weight. Update 1-2-21. For this case, you need to add a quick release method. Once your iPad is installed, it is very difficult to remove. You have to pick an angle and try to work for free without putting too much pressure on your iPad. They had to add a finger-sized hole on the back of the plastic case to allow some pressure on the iPad from behind.
