These shoes fell apart after 15 hours of wear.
This is what my daughter's shoes looked like after wearing them for about a month and wearing them about 15 times for a total of about an hour. It is in order? Other people in the company assure me that this is not the case. I would really like a logical explanation or a refund. The seams seem to have come undone and they fit her perfectly.
