Love these but they fall out often, but that is my fault. These have never fallen out in my sleep but every time I itch my nose i manage to pull it out and they are painful to put back in. It is nothing wrong with the product, just not a fan of the "bone" style of nose studs. Plenty of colors for the price and I do love the quality.

- The product may not be suitable for those who have had recent nasal surgery
