Review on π White Round 9-Inch Pizza Stone by Bricyan Krzywicki
Use this as a heat reflector in my Kamado
Not sure how it works as a cooking stone, as I use it in my mini kamado as a heat reflector I can say it has withstood direct flames of over 800 degrees and has not broken when searing steaks, and I do it self-cleaning.
