I gave it three stars overall because it's soft and well made, but it says it's suitable for cats, which I don't think. I put it on my cat, the arm and neck holes don't seem right. They seem to be made more for the dog. The collar doesn't stay folded either, which annoys my poor cat. He would have tried anything to take it off, but then I sewed the collar on and now he doesn't want to take it off. Not quite happy with it yet, but for now it works.
