Good but curved trays reduce usable space
Overall I like the product. It was easy to assemble and looks good. The problem is that the trays are not flat. About 40% of the surface of each tray curves upwards (like a really flat "U"). That means a lot of wasted space, bottles falling off and everything having to crumple up in the middle of the tray (where it's flat). This severely limits the amount of stuff you can put in each compartment (almost by half) and makes everything unstable/wobbly and crunchy in the middle. If the tray was flat on every edge that would be an easy 5 stars.
