I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my husband. They're a bit bigger than I thought, but as it turns out, it just makes them more visible. It is a very strong yet soft rubbery material; They were supposed to replace 2 metal luggage tags that were engraved with outdated information. The new tags don't "pop" like the old ones, which I appreciate. They help identify our bags even from a distance and our information is safely hidden under a protective flap. And I was able to choose the colors that would match our suitcases! You shouldn't hesitate to buy one of these luggage tags; Quality, price and customer service can't be beat.
