Update 2. Problem solved, no more side zipper, no complaints. The bag looks great, feels good and has withstood about 10 months of heavy use. The fact that it's under warranty helps a lot too. Update my rating. The company that makes them has very good customer service. I only had one issue with the bag which seems to have been fixed. Not only that, they sent a replacement. I'm sure I'll be back to improve my visibility once a replacement arrives. I really liked this bag except for one downside. The bag definitely looks beautiful. However, one problem is that it has a metal zipper that presses against your body when you walk. Now I have to replace several pants that are worn out by the zipper. I managed to find a nice bag without a side zipper.
