good gun but all plastic. So I'm not sure how many heavy champagne bottles it can handle. I tried it with a beer bottle and it worked very well (Corona) although once tightened it wasn't as tight as I would have liked (just a small leak) but it worked as expected. Tried with water didn't help. They don't explain it to you, but you need carbonization for the gun to work. They attach the bottle, but the instructions don't say to shake it before spraying. So definitely do it! However, it will be a good toy. I would like it to be stronger, but so far everything is fine.
