Indoor floor mats are essential to protect floors from dirt and debris. It's also important that the mats are easy to clean and have a low profile (ideally less than 1/2 inch thick) so they don't get in the way of your door. This rug is 0.4 inch thick. In my opinion, this rug is both stylish and functional for the home. The mat consists of a slightly raised polypropylene fabric that traps dirt very well. The beveled rubber edge prevents moisture, dirt and other debris from escaping the mat and keeps the floor sparkling clean. It even has a rubber bottom to keep it in place. There are several ways you can clean this indoor mat. Vacuum it up with a hand vacuum, sweep it up with a broom, or just shake it off. For a more thorough cleaning, wipe the mat with a damp cloth and mild soap or even spray down with a garden hose outdoors. Simply allow the mat to air dry completely before using again. In general, it is stylish, high quality and reliable. I recommend it.
