I originally bought this sweater in dark purple two years ago. The color was exactly as pictured (a bright, bold purple) and the fit was true to size. Unfortunately, exposure to the sun from the skylight in my closet caused the color to fade. I liked the sweater enough to order the same one again. Same size, same color. The sweater that arrived was tiny. It looked like it might have been shrunk in the wash by a previous buyer and then returned. The color was also way off: more like purplish-black than the royal purple pictured. Stranger still was the lack of packaging. The shipping label was applied directly to the thin, clear plastic inventory bag instead of an actual shipping bag. The bag tore when I opened it, so I couldn't even use that when returning the sweater. Also, the "free return" option via UPS.wasn't. Nothing like paying to return a defective product. Hopefully this was an atypical customer experience. I definitely recommend this sweater, as long as the color and size are accurate.
