I bought my white irrigator in June 2020. I've changed the head a couple of times and after 7 months I've had trouble swapping it out. He completely fractured his head and is now unusable. Luckily I bought a 2 year manufacturer warranty and called Waterpik and they sent me a replacement. They were extremely helpful and didn't even ask for any information other than the brand and serial number so maybe no warranty was needed. The toothbrush will vibrate every 30 seconds for each quadrant of your mouth and turn off after 2 minutes. I only use the "Clean" mode and no other features that I don't need or that really work (massage, whitening). I love flossing and overall I think it's a great gadget and worth having instead of just buying floss.
