I wrapped them around two tall bookshelves. I have a chimney on both sides. Installation was easy, the included tape sticks well to corners, and the Alexa integration and scene automation was very easy too. The application is easy. I'm having some minor issues getting the setup right 100% of the time, but calling twice usually works fine. The reason may be my own WiFi, so I cannot fault this product as the only reason. They are definitely bright and make a wonderful addition to my living room. I will most likely be purchasing more of these lamps for other uses around the house (kitchen cabinet and counter lighting, overhead lighting, etc.). would recommend. Just a note: it's RGBW, but white is cool, not warm white (commonly sold as RGBWW for reference). No problem, just a note so you know what you're getting.
