I have several Copper Chef and Red Copper cookware and I can tell you it's just as nice but 40% cheaper! Food slides off instantly, cleaning is as easy as warm water and a sponge; dry and clean. Mine was packaged very securely, everything was perfect out of the box, used same day. After using another copper cookware I've owned for over a year, it's time to replace my entire set. I chose this one because it saves compared to the Copper Chef brand and they don't even do a wok. Other reviewers say the nonstick coating wears off over time; They don't clean them properly with harsh soaps, abrasives, or put them in the dishwasher. All you need is warm water and a sponge. Yes it has a true induction bottom which is a double layer of steel and it works well on gas too (which I have). Although it is called a wok in the description, it is not a traditional wok. , looks more like a large deep pan with a rounded bottom than the traditional shape of a wok. Although I've been cooking in a traditional wok for many years, I actually like this design better because of the more even cooking temperature over a larger surface area.
