My new iron melts
Hello, I have received my iron. Today was my first day of work. The iron is damaged. It seems to get too hot on the outside of the iron for the material used. I have attached photos. Can we do something about it! The plate that is inside the damaged side is now moving back and forth which allows my clients hair to be caught.
