I bought these headphones for my 14 year old son for his birthday. He wanted to use them with his Xbox controller. They have worked great for several months. Then the language part ended. The sound still works, but his friends couldn't hear it. My wife filed a reassurance guarantee a few weeks ago. They ask us the model number and say it says it on the headphones. Well we both checked all the earbuds and there is no model number on them. We told them it wasn't there, we sent them pictures of the place where they said it wasn't there. They show he's not there and they're still trying to tell us where he is. I suspect they just don't want to pay back their guarantee. Only buy them if you want them to last for several months.
