The best thing about this product is that it provides better ROI for my campaigns than other vendors. It's also very easy to use once you've got your mind around how things work, which is made easier by their excellent support teams who respond quickly with useful solutions. You have to be willing to put some time and effort into getting up to speed - but if you can do that, then I'd highly recommend giving Envoqe an opportunity. We're using them to send out newsletters and emails to our clients as part of our subscription-based system. They were able to integrate seamlessly within our existing CRM platform. I like that they allow for multiple users to log into one account, so we can all check our emails from different work places at once! It's also very easy to import contacts using CSV files or Excel spreadsheets. There is nothing about this app that really stands out as being great, but it does what you need when you want it to do it. We are able to keep track of client communications (email campaigns) through several departments within the organization, which helps ensure everyone stays informed.
