Absolutely perfect for climbing on a stand.
. Simply use an 8mm Allen key to attach and your bike can be mounted on the stand in 2 minutes. Only complaint is the coils seem to scratch very easily but that's not a big deal, they hold the bike up great and that's what I need. Tip, tighten as tight as possible as the trophies seemed a bit loose at first.
