My racing organization (SCCA) states that seat belts expire on December 31st, 5 years from the date of manufacture. on the SFI tag. However, they do not have a manufacturing date, but an expiry date of 12/31/21! What the hell. My dad bought a set and they have an expiration date of 6/30/21, double shit! I've used them in the past and they always had the month and year of manufacture on them. I think I'll look elsewhere in 3 years.
