Yes, this is a photo of my new 40-key ADIRoffice digital key cabinet now "mounted" in my trash can. What junk. I probably didn't research the reviews thoroughly enough, but I ended up encountering the same problem that was mentioned many times online. After taking it out of the box for the first time this week, and as instructed, I opened the cabinet with the key first. I locked the cabinet (without even removing the key rings and accessories) and couldn't get the key out of the lock. No matter how I tried, the key would get stuck and the closet wouldn't open. I called the manufacturer directly and was greeted by "Sleepy" from the seven elves. Seriously, this woman was either on qualudes or has narcolepsy. She slowly took my name and number and said she would give it to the tech support team when she got back from lunch. This general theme of incompetence and indifference continued. When I spoke to the tech expert the next day, she asked me to send a copy of the receipt and she would send a replacement. Long story short, although I haven't taken it out of the box yet, it's been too long since I ordered it, so she wouldn't do anything. In any case, what I was really looking for wasn't a replacement but some simple tips on how to get the key out (which is obviously a common problem for many other customers). As the manufacturer's technical expert, I thought she had at least a vague idea of what I could try to extract the key, but nada. So if you're so unhappy that you ordered this piece of junk through ADIRoffice and are having a similar issue, don't bother calling the support team for an easy phone fix. But feel free to be inspired by my picture and come up with your own version of the right setup - haha.
