My previous rating of this product: The product is heavy and feels solid but lacks rubber grips to prevent slipping. The keyboard is heavy and absolutely uncomfortable. defeating the purpose of reducing the weight of the Apple iPad. However, my biggest criticism of this product is that it doesn't have rubber grips to hold the keyboard on any surface because it will slide like crazy! I had to throw it away. Final review: After receiving Earto's new product, I find it more user-friendly than the first order. It was lighter and had non-slip rubber/silicone corners on the base and was a much better case for my iPad Pro. While I believe Earto deserves a round of applause for their fantastic customer service, I believe there are still some adjustments to be made to the new product. It had all the features I mentioned earlier that were fixed; However, the lid of the iPad gets stained from fingerprints fairly easily. It looks dirty and I have to keep trying to clean the case cover. In this respect I am very satisfied with the product overall. Thank you Eartho for great customer service.
