I have always used Boppy baby pillows. This is absolutely the worst design I have ever used. It doesn't support the right path. This caused me severe pain in my knees and hips. why on earth would they change the design other than use less material for more profit. The pillow I had a few years ago was amazing and could be positioned behind me like a cinnamon strudel and I loved the length and thickness and this new design is the worst. I will never buy another pillow as long as I live and I want my money back so I can invest in a pillow that will support me during this pregnancy. I found one that reminds me of an old Boppy pillow design and now I'm saving up to get it as it's a bit pricey, but I'd rather pay more for a pillow that works than have someone help me paid to use this new Boppi style design. It's been a month and a half since I bought the pillow. I used it for 2 weeks and had to stop it because of the pain. I still have a headache from this horrible design. I should have listened to other bad reviews but I figured I'd assume it was just mean people. Well, now I know why they got angry.
