I have had problems with pimples/bumps and dark spots on inner thighs. I started using it a day later on August 8th. I can't remember how long it took before I saw results, but I know it didn't take long. I would say it has cleared 95% of my blemishes so far and as for dark spots I was hoping it would clear them up completely but you can definitely see it has lightened them up a lot. The only thing I didn't like is that I stopped using it for about a week and noticed the bumps were coming back.
