Bad drum, good customer service.

Drum stopped working properly after 3 months. Big black bars and terrible copies. Very disappointed. I need my printer for work, so I can't work. Unsatisfied! Visited again a week later = their support contacted me with their request. They sent me a new drum for free, so I believe in a second chance. I appreciate your attention. I hope it was an accident. I had to go out and buy a new drum locally as I need my printer for work. So it may take some time before I use it.
