I love the shoes. They are just as good as I had hoped, except that when my heel is seated properly, the end of the shoe sticks out almost an inch past my big toe. I will change to size 11, it might run small. If the shoes were a size 11.5 I would have ordered them. I will edit this review after receiving size 11. UPDATE: Update: Size 11 has arrived and it fits great! I have flat feet so arch support takes a little getting used to, but it's not "serious" arch support so I'll be fine. The shoes are comfortable but if you have very sensitive skin on the soles of your feet there is a wavy groove pattern that takes some getting used to. I assume it's for traction to keep feet from slipping forward. FYI: I wear thigh high support stockings most of the time, but when I tried them on barefoot I felt the bulge more. Not so bad, you see; I will get used to it. By the way, I didn't immediately notice that the price was about $8 higher due to the fact that I had to choose a different color for the new pair (the original doesn't come in a size 11); but I think it's worth it. Be careful though as black was available but more than double the price! I may update this in a few weeks to let you know if the straps have stretched.
