I have used these for a long time and they work great! I put a thick pad inside so if it gets soiled you can just throw out the pad and don't have to keep washing the diaper. My little girl has a docked tail so I don't have to put her tail through the hole. I just cover the hole with the pad. If you dog has a long tail you can lower the pad and fold it over or cut a hole where the tail goes. I've done both. This works so easy and saves a lot of work cleaning floors etc. They also look adorable on. I also use the belly bands on my boys. These are so great for my older dogs to get through the night and for potty training. The Velcro is very strong. This is one of the best desicions I ever made!
