You may need to cut/file to get the perfect fit.
I bought this on Hikari's recommendation to install new LED lights on my 2011 Mercedes GL450. First, make sure you align the mount correctly. I spent an hour turning it upside down. Spirit. Once I get my bearings properly, I find that I still had to make some adjustments with a couple of metal cutters and a file to get it to fit. After that everything was great.
