The horrible reviews scared me so I didn't cancel my order but decided to get the bones and wait with an honest review. For starters, my nose rings were packaged nicely, all 12 as advertised. I don't know if they're handmade or something, but my nose bones aren't falling out of my hole like some reviewers have claimed. My gems are also a pretty decent size for my nose. Also, yes, the bones are thicker, but if you've been pierced with a large caliber, a little nudge will get you through. I think those who say it's too thick have been pierced with smaller rings or are just used to smaller rings. For the days I wear mine, the bridge of my nose is fine.
