Matt varnish looks good

I ordered a matt varnish to finish my acrylic painting because I read that it can lighten it up a bit. When I painted my picture it dried darker than I expected so I wanted to try to even it out. I'm happy with the result, the smell is really strong so keep the windows open! It took 2 coats to look nice and even and was easy to wash off my brush with warm water. The texture is thinner and thinner than I expected so after applying two coats to the large painting I had half a bottle left for future projects.
