Greatly reduces prep time!
It took me awhile to get around to using this, but I did over the weekend to dice 2 large squash and 2 cans of water chestnuts for a stir fry. It took me less than 5 minutes and normally would've taken closer to 30! Clean-up was pretty easy once I used the "brush" accessory that was included. I will definitely be using this a lot more in the future.
