Not made of cotton, durable or reusable

Basically just paper bags with flame retardants on them. (The retarder worked.) We got the sprinkles while there was no light. This caused the sacks to bend by themselves and some of the candles ignited the sacks, which went out very quickly. Moisture pretty much destroyed the pockets. They cannot be reused. In a completely dry environment --- possible. You are not fat. So if you have a cup of sand at the bottom, you need to lift it from the bottom, not the top.
