I bought this wallet because my very first wallet was Rainbow of California and I was nostalgic. I'll start with the positives - I love how this wallet looks and feels. It definitely takes me back to the 80s when I look at it and use it. It feels very durable and surprisingly thin for a wallet design that's been around for decades. It holds all my cards and cash with no problems. Defects? Although the wallet is quite thin, it's also surprisingly large. This means its footprint is much larger than what I'm used to from my small All-Ett Sport wallet. See attached picture. I snapped a few photos of my All-Ett Sport wallet (my favorite) resting on a Rainbow Bifold. I've also included two photos of how a regular driver's license fits in this wallet rather than my All-Ett. Please don't count how much extra "useless" space is left for cards. For those who carry their wallet in their breast pocket, the size of the Rainbow is almost irrelevant. Again, I'll let the attached photos do the talking. It's such a shame because the Rainbow Bi-Fold is definitely THIN enough to be a wallet in your front pocket. And it's not even like the extra space is practical (at least not for me). The bill compartment is very deep and my card slots are so "tall" that my cards can easily slide a good 1/4 inch up and down the pocket. Now if you want to use this as a back pocket wallet I highly recommend it. As a back pocket I would even give it 5/5 stars. But as someone who carries their wallet in their breast pocket most of the time, I have to give it 3 stars. Probably 2 stars if it wasn't for the nostalgia factor.
