Easy system for sending automated messages
It was easy to set up and use. It has a great interface and it was easy to get used to. The customer support can be a little slow to respond (but I'm sure that is just an issue with our connection). I used it to build a donor list and then use it to send targeted emails to donors. I also use it to send out monthly statements. I'm not sure what else I would like to do with it but I haven't tried anything else. It has helped me build a list of donors and send out targeted emails to them. I've also used it to send out monthly statements.

- Makes sending marketing materials or personalized letters quick!
- Email integration makes data entry simple as well no need re enter info into two different systems if you're using this platform/email tool together.you only have one place where all your information lives!! :)
