Size S 1.62/62 (m/kg) fits me perfectly. A little loose so you can breathe freely. The protection is not perfect due to the protection class. reduces the severity of injury in a fall. The only vest with elastics on the sides. The skid plates are perforated and very well ventilated while driving. Basically satisfied.
