After a week of using these headphones I have to say. The sound and comfort are amazing. I'm really impressed with the sound these tiny buds can make. During calls, I asked if my voice was clear, and there was no noticeable difference between the Earin A-3 and AirPod Pro in terms of mic quality on calls. Setup could have been simpler, but it was still basic. The headphones are so light and comfortable that I can hardly feel them in my ears. All in all I am delighted and satisfied with the purchase.
