I LOVE your 6 oz crème brûlée cups - set of 6. I used them in combination with small 3 oz soufflé pans. I made a double baked cheese soufflé, which I first baked in smaller molds, then placed on 6-ounce plates, topped with cream sauce, and then baked again. Result: 18 GREAT (I used 3 sets of shapes). Perfectly even baking so each looked perfect when removed from the oven. Washing in the dishwasher was easy!
