I received this very basic iPad case for my iPad 2 and it works as described. It can provide some lift in the horizontal position and some support in the vertical position when the lid is flipped back. I'm a big fan of ZeroChroma iPad/iPhone cases, but I was trying to save money by purchasing this version. I didn't know these ZeroChromas were coming and now I firmly believe that it would be worth having a quality case that would fit in many positions to get the most out of my iPad, and about twice as much is that expensive. I love the rose gold color very much, it is very attractive.
